Pembroke organizes summer around the Ottawa River. Waterfront Park holds the Riverwalk Amphitheatre, where Waterfront Live! puts free concerts on most summer nights and Movie Nights in the Park take the Tuesday slot. Ottawa Valley Buskerfest spills from the waterfront into downtown in mid-August, turning the same shore into a street-performance weekend.
